We are looking for a new member to join the Business Development team.
What You'll Be Doing: Act as the main point of contact for investors throughout the entire investment journey Advise clients on tailored investment solutions (real estate or investment funds) based on their goals and risk profiles Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Monitor and stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities Maintain and organize client databases and sales activity records Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals that align with client needs Deliver confident, persuasive investment pitches both in person and online What We're Looking For: Degree in Business, Management, Finance or or a related field Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to effectively present investment strategies and proposals Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service Comfortable working occasional weekends or during key client engagement periods Flexibility to work occasional weekends or during critical client periods Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English (good knowledge of other languages besides Portuguese will be appreciated) Driver's license A personal alignment with our core values: ownership, accountability, resilience, dedication, and commitment What We Offer: The right place to challenge norms and create added value A versatile role with autonomy and responsibility Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Health insurance and other benefits provided by the company If you're ready to grow - and help us grow - send your resume to with "Sales & Investment Consultant " in the subject line.
