As a Technical Sales Expert, you will play a key role in providing our customers with solutions that meet their evolving needs.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing technical support and guidance to customers to help them improve laboratory organization and choose the best solutions for their needs.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing product information, and encouraging cross-selling and new techniques based on cost-efficiency.
* Coordinating installations and interacting with various departments involved (Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers, etc.).
* Maintaining the training level of users of our analyzers and reagents and managing documentation accordingly.
* Ensuring the service level offered by different departments is met, reducing the risk of complaints.
* Collaborating with Key Account Managers and Business Units to manage opportunities and risks.
* Managing tenders, including specification and profitability analysis, preparation of necessary documentation, and litigation support.
* Achieving sales and commercial targets set by the company.
* Fulfilling the company's Ethics Code.
