We are recruiting a Business Analyst (m/f) to strengthen our team in Porto, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
What we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
2. Experience with requirements gathering and analysis;
3. Understanding of financial architecture principles, data models, chart of accounts, data flow design, and reporting integration;
4. Experience working closely with business teams to develop functional specifications and system designs that meet organizational objectives;
5. Experience in planning and executing system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards;
6. Experience in training end-users on new systems and processes;
7. Proficiency in Excel and V-cycle methodologies;
8. English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
