You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on quality support.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure cGMP compliance across all project- and product-related activitiesImplement and support policies and procedures to continuously improve product and operational qualitySupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)Collaborate closely with Operations (Production, Logistics, and Warehouse) teams to ensure complianceMaintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing real-time QA oversight and supportIdentify, document, and escalate deviations and non-conformitiesSupport investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementationMaintain audit readiness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirementsPrepare for and support internal and external audits, including review and approval of QMS documentationInvestigate customer complaints and support KPI tracking and quality reportingFacilitate effective communication with stakeholders to resolve compliance issuesPromote a strong quality culture, continuous improvement, and high standards across the organizationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment (preferably pharmaceutical or medical cannabis)Operational experience in a GMP environment (desirable)GMP training and solid regulatory knowledge (desirable)Good knowledge of GMP principles and European regulatory requirementsHigh sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong quality mindsetStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsFluent English, both written and spokenProficiency in MS OfficeStrong documentation and record management skillsWhat We OfferIntegration into a fast-growing company with international reach and impactA collaborative, dynamic, and quality-driven work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCompensation package aligned with experience and responsibilitiesHybrid work model (1–2 days of remote work per week)Monthly fuel card allowance to support commuting to the company siteReady to join Blossom?
