Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.
Role:
* Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes
* Lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python
* Implement and optimize data models with focus on star schema architecture
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers
* Contribute directly to project delivery with hands-on coding and implementation
Hard Skills:
* Strong knowledge of SQL and Python required
* Experience with data modeling techniques, particularly star schema design
* Proven ability to create and maintain complex data pipelines
* Working knowledge of CI/CD processes for data applications
* Fluency in English (preferred)
About you:
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics projects
* Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-intensive applications
* Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation capability
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data challenges
* Experience working with agile methodologies
