What does it take to be a SMART TECH LEAD?
Minimum of 5 years of experience;
Strong experience in .NET, React, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
A hands-on development mindset with a willingness to try new languages and tools;
A collaborativespirit and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively;
Bonus:
Python knowledge and awareness of AI/ML frameworks;
English ( mandatory )
