We are hiring – Procurement Specialist – Construction
Location: Sines (or residing within 60–120 km radius)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a high-impact industrial project in Sines, recognized as a Project of National Interest. You will play a key role in procurement and coordination activities for one of Portugal’s most strategic developments in the automotive and energy sectors.
️ What you’ll do:
* Manage procurement and tendering processes for materials and services
* Support contract negotiations and assist with execution follow-up
* Coordinate licensing efforts with external agencies and authorities
* Prepare cost tracking reports, forecasts, and documentation
* Ensure purchasing processes comply with internal policies and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
* 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 in a construction project context
* Background in sourcing, procurement or tendering
* Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or similar)
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
* Proactive mindset and strong team collaboration skills
* Candidates living within 60–120 km of Sines will receive a mobility allowance
* Candidates outside this radius may be offered shared accommodation
