We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile CoachStrong hands-on experience with Scrum and KanbanProven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teamsSolid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practicesExperience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, RallyExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to coach teams rather than direct themPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)Background in technology, banking, fintech, or data platformsExposure to cloud, microservices, or distributed systemsExperience supporting multiple teams or complex programsCertifications (Preferred)- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Agile Coach certificationEmployment type:- B2B Contract.It would be hybrid working in Lisbon, PortugalNote:-Only apply if you have valid visa in the EU Region, Sponsorship will not be given.
