Marketing Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team.
This role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for helping others achieve results.
* Contact new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email daily to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
* Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales to serve client goals effectively.
* Manage a portfolio of small business clients to grow revenue for their businesses.
* Prioritize outreach plans across the assigned portfolio based on client understanding and needs.
* Research and gain a fundamental understanding of verticals, markets, industries, and client business models.
* Be experienced and well-versed with local business nuances to customize the experience for local advertisers.
* Provide personalized client recommendations to meet varying needs.
* Improve the client's experience by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.
* Develop expert knowledge of client advertising solutions and their impact on performance.
* Exhibit curiosity by actively learning and teaching others and sharing ideas to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
* Manage a portfolio of SMB clients as needed to grow revenue.
* Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope and area of knowledge.
* Become knowledgeable about all Facebook Advertising solutions.
* Identify trends, solve problems, and provide vital product insights and feedback.
* Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have grown their businesses using Facebook products.
* Utilize various tools to communicate and drive advertisers' businesses to success.
Requirements
* Native/fluent in Hebrew (C2), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
* Computer and Internet literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
* Able to work rotating shifts
