* Respond to user appeals clearly and professionally

* Stay informed on digital trends to refine moderation approaches
* Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes
Qualifications:
* Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
* Fluent in English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
