DX - Associate Partner
Local Lisboa
As an Associate Partner of the Digital Transformation business unit, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing new accounts as well as take an active part in events and digital transformation conferences. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle prior to delivery, and in charged with establishing effective communications with appropriate executives and managers to understand their business needs and deliver effective digital transformation proposals.
In this position you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager and Digital Transformation Leads in the preparation of digital transformation proposals for several verticals and also develop new clients and prospects via your own network, circle of influence and business development approach and tactics:
Requisitos
You will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in Portuguese and English.
You will be able to travel.
Proven experience and track record in enterprise sales (B2B).
3+ years of experience in selling digital solutions and transformation experience, preferably Consultancy/Services for Manufacturing and Retail industries.
Have a proven track record in selling IT services.
In depth knowledge of sales principals and tactics with proven track record of driving business development, client delivery, and people management skills.
Well-organized, efficient, strong project management experience.
Motivated by an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
Strong image, business acumen, relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to accurately estimate consulting engagements, respond to RFPs, and write Statements of Work
Driven to meet revenue, profit, and margin targets and achieve objectives established as part of monthly sales and bonus cycle
Experience designing and or implementing complex initiatives with demonstrated leadership in facilitation, planning, negotiation, and analysis

Previous experience as a consultant or as a technology leader in the manufacturing sector.
Project Management certification (PMI or Prince2 practitioner).
Strong presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire others.
Experience with the design thinking process.
