Role:Smartsourcing Delivery Project ManagerOverview As Smartsourcing Delivery Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end in/outsourcing initiatives, from initial framing to new team setup. You will ensure structured governance, robust risk management, and successful delivery aligned with scope, timeline, quality, and budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management across regions and the ability to drive continuous improvement within both project teams and client environments.Main Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Smartsourcing projects (from framing to operational setup). Define and maintain clear project structure and governance. Manage key stakeholders and represent the project in governance forums. Report directly to project sponsors and senior management. Provide a top-down perspective and proactively escalate transversal risks or issues. Manage senior stakeholders and support functions across the company. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget. Lead the project team on a daily basis (task allocation, prioritization, follow-up). Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies. Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the team and with clients.Technical Skills & Experience Master's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodologies and tools. Strong expertise in structured project governance and risk management. Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders. Experience acting as facilitator, mobilizing cross-functional contributors effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).Language Skills Fluent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).Soft Skills High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
