The Center of Excellence - Innovation Networks is strengthening its team by recruiting a Technology & Innovation Analyst - Power Networks.
What you will do:
Monitor technology developments and anticipate market trends that may significantly impact EDP's position in Power Networks.
Conduct in-depth technical analyses on emerging technologies affecting Distribution and Transmission grids.Propose new business concepts to be developed and tested as potential internal ventures.
Structure business models and assess the commercial attractiveness of emerging technologies.
Evaluate technology feasibility and market readiness of potential investment targets.
Perform technical due diligence for relevant startup and technology companies.
Support EDP's Startup Engagement Programs.
Execute innovation projects in collaboration with other areas within EDP Inovação.

What are we looking for:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other related fields.
1-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of technology development processes.
Solid analytical skills with strategic and business-oriented thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to deliver rigorous, balanced results on time, while managing multiple themes/projects with agility.
Strong team spirit, openness, and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders across diverse topics.
Excellent soft skills: creativity, communication, curiosity, collaboration and proactivity.
Fluency in English.
