Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and secure accounts through regular contact and visits, especially major accounts.
2. Respond to customer inquiries with technical or commercial advice.
3. Promote new products and services, ensuring customer trust and minimizing claims.
4. Deliver excellent customer experience and service levels throughout transactions.
5. Manage customer contracts, monitor outstanding POs, and ensure timely renewals.
6. Analyze account profitability, implement pricing strategies, and resolve overdue payments.
7. Define and update annual budgets for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
8. Utilize sales tools effectively and maintain accurate reporting.
9. Ensure compliance with HSEQ, GYM, and other procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Engineer with a Master's degree.
- Driving license is required.
- Sensitivity to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Interest in industrial processes, customer satisfaction, and gases applications.
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building ability.
- Proficiency in office IT tools.
