We are seeking an ambitious individual for the role of Entry-Level Salesforce Developer — an excellent opportunity for those with strong development skills eager to enter Salesforce development, regardless of prior experience.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and gather requirements for Salesforce customization.
* Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications aligned with business needs.
* Write clean, scalable code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
* Implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
* Assist with data migration and integration using Salesforce Data Loader and Connect.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
* Follow best practices for development, documentation, and version control.
* Stay updated on Salesforce platform features and explore their application.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
What We Expect Of You
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#.
* Understanding of software development principles.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
* Willingness to learn Salesforce development.
* Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are desirable but not mandatory.
