Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee billing operations for France within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists, fostering a collaborative culture that is customer-centric.
* Review and improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy, maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
* Act as the main contact for internal clients, understanding and meeting client billing needs, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy and service quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or related field.
* 3-4 years of billing operations experience in a service center.
* 1-2 years of leadership experience.
* Proficiency with SAP and billing systems.
* Data-driven analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
