PbThis role in summary /b /pp As a Key Account Manager for the chains channel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and executing commercial strategies to maximize the performance of Beko Brands across key accounts in Portugal.
/ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities will include /b /pulliDevelop, implement, and manage sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned key accounts.
/liliIdentify, secure, and develop new strategic customers, expanding the presence of Beko Brands.
/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer headquarters and store level.
/liliCollaborate with product managers to organize and deliver product training at both local and central levels.
/liliAnalyze monthly sales performance and proactively define and execute action plans to achieve targets.
/liliManage the product mix across categories and price points to optimize profitability and expand in-store presence.
/liliPlan, execute, and monitor promotional activities, ensuring effective allocation and control of budgets.
/liliCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders (sales admin, supply chain, service, and product teams) to ensure seamless account management and execution.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum requirements /b /pulliMinimum 4-5 years of experience, ideally in White or Brown Goods, Electrical Consumer Durables, or a closely related industry.
/liliFluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
/liliStrong working knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
/li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred skills and experiences /b /pulliProven experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships across a multi-channel environment.
/liliStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
/liliDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple decision-making levels.
/liliExperience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
/liliLeadership mindset with a results-driven and proactive approach.
