Purpose
You will lead the governance process of aligning global and local strategies, ensuring consistent application of Lean tools and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage performance metrics and client satisfaction, driving operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
* You will lead a team of operations excellence managers, lead engineers, and ensure the right skills and expertise are in place to meet function mission. You will manage the governance process that aligns global strategy with local strategic objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to Operations.
* You will implement the Lead Operations Strategy across the whole Operations Organisation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* You will develop and maintain the KPI Tree and Register, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Process Owners to ensure alignment with company strategy at all levels.
* You will bring a LEAN approach and methodologies to address operational problems and performance deviations.
* You will oversee the Learning from Experience and Learning from Performance processes, ensuring lessons are captured and improvements are implemented.
* You will define and support the implementation of best practices in operations, focusing on routines, X-Matrix, KPIs, help chain, standards, and synchronized agendas.
* You will lead the governance and strategy definition for the X-Matrix, driving alignment and execution.
* You will understand client needs and translate them into actionable goals.
Education
* Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience
* 10+ years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, or related roles, preferably in a global organisation.
* Proven experience in implementing Lean tools and methodologies to solve operational challenges and drive performance improvements.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and managing KPIs, strategy alignment, and governance processes across various organisational levels.
* Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives within operations.
* Experience with managing client satisfaction metrics and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
* Knowledge and experience with X-Matrix governance, strategic objective alignment, and routine operational excellence practices.
