As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners. About the Job * Work with our dynamic team to provide best-in-class service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. * Support our B2B partnerships by providing timely and effective support, including partner onboarding and process training. * Strengthen our relationships with customers and partners through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage incoming contacts from customers and partners across various channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses. 2. Provide expert guidance and solutions to customers and partners, using your knowledge of our products and services. 3. Record detailed information about customer and partner interactions, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up. 4. Research and resolve complex issues within our policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement. 5. Handle complaints effectively, meeting instant satisfaction standards and ensuring long-term customer loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations and company policies, sharing this knowledge with partners to drive engagement and satisfaction. 7. Maintain schedule adherence, supporting colleagues and customers to achieve optimal results. 8. Collaborate with the management team to stay informed about product knowledge and company updates. Requirements * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. * Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian. * Recent customer service experience (contact center or B2B support preferred). * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a professional approach. * Enthusiastic, logical, proactive, curious, flexible, and positive attitude. * Ability to exercise independent judgment and understand complex information and processes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
