We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our brand clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the growth and strategy teams to implement core strategies and ensure seamless execution.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 6+ clients at any given time, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Product Catalog Management: Maintain accurate product catalogs through vendor portal uploads, ensuring all information is up-to-date and consistent.
* Performance Analysis: Measure and report on category/item performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
* Forecasting and Inventory Management: Manage forecasting and inventory planning & replenishment to meet client expectations and drive business growth.
* Marketing Roadmap: Implement marketing roadmaps and program innovations to drive business vision, using promotional tools and display ads.
Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central), including product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations.
* Skills: Proven success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP) and demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and competition dynamics.
* Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage two Junior Brand Managers.
* Preferred Categories: Experience in Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food categories is preferred but not required.
