In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Slovenian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
Assist Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and issues related to products and services.
Provide detailed information regarding account management, order processing, and service inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience.
Stay updated on company products and market trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
Experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to effectively solve problems and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
