We're looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to help us keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the person currently responsible for this area, learning and gradually taking on more responsibilities in processes like invoicing, cost control, and payroll support.

What you'll be doing
* Issuing invoices and following up on client payments
* Supporting our monthly payroll process, in collaboration with our accounting team
* Monitoring costs and updating internal management reports
* Assisting in the preparation of financial and operational reports
* Working closely with, project managers, and our admin team to keep everything aligned and clear
What we're looking for
* Background in Accounting, Management or a similar area
* Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
* Discreet, trustworthy, and responsible profile
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Eagerness to learn and grow quickly
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Experience with Primavera
* Basic experience with SAP
* Intermediate level of Spanish
