About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Analyst to join the CMS project team. In this role, you will ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translate them into structured functional requirements, supporting smooth delivery and user satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements;
* Translate business needs into clear and structured: functional specifications, user stories;
* Contribute to testing phases, including: test planning, test execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
* Provide functional support to business users and support the resolution of user incidents;
* Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with the AMOA team;
* Ensure clear communication between business, IT, and project stakeholders;
* Contribute to project documentation, meeting materials, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years )
* Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional specification writing
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Good working knowledge of: JIRA & Confluence, SQL, Postman, testing tools and best practices;
* Nice to have: Kafka UI
* French level B2/C1
* English level B2
