Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the service order process
2. Create and supervise customer warranty claims
3. Oversee the Product Improvement Program
4. Record the working hours of the technical team
5. Calibrate, organize, and control crane maintenance tools
6. Provide support to the customer service department
7. Provide documentation support to the EHS department
Required Profile:
8. Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (high school diploma);
9. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and administrative roles;
10. Knowledge of lifting equipment and machinery;
11. Good command of the English language (mandatory);
12. Good command of French and/or Spanish (preferred);
13. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
14. Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
15. Enjoy working in a team;
16. Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining effectiveness in decision‑making and delivering results.
