Your mission:Handle inbound customer contacts with the objective of identifying needs, recommending the most suitable solutions, and maximising conversion, average order value and accessory or service attach while delivering a premium customer experience.Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;
Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages;
Your skills:Be fluent in German (native level, or near-native C2);
