Who You Are
You are a passionate Project Manager with a knack for 'getting things done.'
With your extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, you understand the importance of scope, schedule, and budget yet know when to think outside the box. You’re not just managing projects; you’re leading quests to conquer challenges with creativity and precision, productivity, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
1. Transform high-level scope requirements into actionable project plans.
2. Steer projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
3. Maintain an iron grip on scope, schedule, and budget.
4. Proactively sniff out potential issues and risks, taking charge before they become showstoppers.
5. Juggle project dependencies and navigate the critical path with the finesse of a seasoned captain.
6. Serve as the chief communicator, crafting updates and presentations that keep everyone, from team members to stakeholders, aware and motivated.
7. Drive the team forward, mentoring and inspiring like a coach during playoff season.
8. Motivate and influence your teams to be successful in their roles.
9. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. A solid educational background in IT or extensive relevant experience.
2. At least 5 years experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
3. A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams.
4. Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
5. Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.
6. A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies.
7. Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes.
8. Expert at navigating the complexities of multi-national and multi-disciplinary environments.
