Job Description
The European Business Development Manager role is a key position that drives business growth in the IoT division. This individual will engage with the CISCO IoT Business Unit, provide desk training, tool training, and drive product mind share.
* Engage with the CISCO IoT Business Unit to run desk training, tool training, and drive product mind share.
* Support European development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth in the IoT division.
* Own the process of building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system (Compass).
* Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline.
* Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
* Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
* Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires:
* Previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the B2B scope.
* Understanding of the B2B IT Market.
* Experience as a Business Developer would be a huge advantage.
* High level of English, as you will have to communicate with many different countries all around Europe.
* Business planning experience with strong operational cadence.
