Position Summary
Act as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé by enabling the activation of IMS’ in-house solution 'Content Services' and supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g., Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets across all touchpoints). The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.
A day in the life of…
By fostering strong relationships in Nestlé’s global and local content landscape and digital ecosystem, the eContent Account Lead will lead the team that is the interface between Nestlé’s key Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services teams, ensuring the following:
1. Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal content solutions & model and support in their activation
2. Delivery of World Class Service
3. Lead, coach and support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operations
4. Interact, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholders
5. Alignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teams
6. Bring insights based on available data to provide solutions
7. Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, etc.)
8. Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs
9. Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnerships
10. Properly map our Nestlé’s digital ecosystem and stakeholders
11. Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
12. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
What will make you successful
1. At least 7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management
2. Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts
3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills
4. Great stakeholder management skills
5. Strong presentation and/or selling skills
6. Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
7. Strong Marketing & Business mindset
8. Solution driven
9. Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
10. Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle
11. Good understanding of Branding and Content principles
12. Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
13. Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
14. English (advanced level)
15. Previous experience as a team lead is a plus
16. Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
17. French (preferred, not dismissive)
18. Spanish (preferred, not dismissive)
