Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Management of service requests and evolving requests; * Ensuring the registration and prioritization of service requests; * Management of conflicts between requests; * Formal delivery of the respective requests to all environments. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management; * Previous experience working with distributed software systems.; * Knowledge of software management cycles; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
