Job Overview
As a
Sales and Digital Marketer
, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our digital presence. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of Algarve Care Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the healthcare and home care sectors.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, with a focus on growing the customer base in the Algarve region.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, families, and referral partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and improve service offerings.
* Digital Marketing Strategy
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand recognition.
* Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content to build community and drive engagement.
* Optimize website content for SEO to attract organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and monitor KPIs to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
* Produce email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform clients, and retain existing customers.
* Content Creation & Management
* Create engaging, informative, and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates, to highlight our services and expertise.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's values and goals.
* Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing assets (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital ads).
* Analytics & Reporting
* Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, including website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.
* Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize sales efforts.
* Collaboration
* Work closely with the care services team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service delivery.
* Coordinate with the leadership team to develop strategic plans and ensure that marketing efforts are driving business objectives.
Requirements
* Experience
:
* Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in the healthcare or home care industry.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
* Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
* Skills
:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
