/pp As an AI Engineer (Speech NLP Systems) at Ivy Partners, you will: /pp- Develop and integrate end-to-end speech and NLP pipelines, including ASR (Automated Speech Recognition), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and intent/slot models, to enable natural and reliable interactions within our platforms.
/pp- Focus on improving system resilience across various noise conditions, accents, and diverse real-world usage scenarios, while supporting language understanding and dialog behavior.
/pp- Optimize models for latency and resource constraints, define evaluation strategies for speech and NLP quality, and collaborate with QA and platform teams to ensure that solutions are production-ready for constrained or embedded environments.
/pp About You /pp You are our ideal candidate if: /pp- You have strong experience with speech or NLP systems and hands-on knowledge of ASR and NLU pipelines.
/pp- You are skilled in Python and familiar with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
/pp- You possess practical knowledge in model evaluation, dataset curation, and are aware of the constraints involved in real-world deployments.
/pp- You have previously worked with voice assistants or conversational systems, and perhaps even have experience in Edge AI or embedded ML.
/pp- Multilingual or locale-specific NLP experience would be a distinct advantage.
