As a CRM Business Analyst Manager, you'll apply your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade projects. You will lead delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience and understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, with the ability to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and comfortable in front of a boardroom or whiteboard with your development team. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft's #1 partner, with a strong focus on personal development and training in technology and softer consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery
- Review your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- Liaise between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Design conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large, complex technology projects
- Achieve a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore

What You'll Do
- Establish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines
- Support the sales team in crafting deals, with accountability for overall estimates
- Recommend the right CRM software and solutions for clients' needs
- Guide your project team, establish and track achievements, coordinate actions, seek expert advice, balance open issues, and contribute to team meetings and reports
- Define how to measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance
- Support clients on CRM standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining roles and responsibilities
- Grow your network through educational opportunities, reading industry publications, building and maintaining personal and business networks, and joining professional organizations
