About the Role
QENERGY is a leading green energy company, committed to empowering a sustainable world through renewable energy projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Development Management expert to join our team in Porto.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business planning, and development management, with a focus on renewable energy. They will be responsible for systematic planning, coordination, and operation of Q ENERGY's renewable energy projects, as well as managing budgets and performance across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor project pipelines by country, including tracking new, ongoing, and discontinued projects.
* Manage schedules, progress updates, and key milestones for new and active projects.
* Establish and manage business plans for each regional market, aligning with the broader business development strategy.
* Analyze and monitor management indicators across departments, including achievement of sales, profit targets, and strategic objectives.
* Assist in achieving management goals by overseeing project (pipeline) budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and cost control.
* Manage cash flow by monitoring actual versus forecasted expenditures and ensuring alignment with overall budget plans.
* Research and analyze global and domestic trends in renewable energy technologies, deriving strategic insights.
* Analyze policy changes and industry developments to identify and communicate strategic implications for the business.

Requirements:
* A completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business planning, or development management, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
* Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow management, and budget forecasting.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese; Korean language skills are a plus.
* High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across departments.
