The Central role in functional analysis, requirements definition, and lifecycle monitoring of an OutSystems web application, acting as the bridge between the business analysis team and the technical team.
Responsabilities:
* Gathering and analysis of functional requirements;
* Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria;
* Supporting development teams and performing functional validation of solutions.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Functional Analyst in web application projects, ideally developed in OutSystems (or other low-code technologies);
* Knowledge of banking processes and/or consumer credit solutions;
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent tools);
* Analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
* Hybrid work 1 day per week in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga.
