Sales Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to oversee the management of sales for our Cyprus market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to incoming leads, providing expert guidance to clients on purchasing real estate in Cyprus.
* Conduct phone calls, video meetings, and follow-ups with international clients, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
* Negotiate deals and facilitate the sales process, providing exceptional service to clients.
* Collaborate with local agents in Cyprus to coordinate property showings and provide valuable insights to clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with developers and partners to stay informed about available properties and market trends.
* Utilize CRM systems to track leads, deals, and client interactions, driving business growth and success.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English (C1 and above) – excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Experience in sales, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work effectively with international clients and investors, navigating cultural differences and time zones.
