Tasks
* Active further development of the company-wide IT service management system based on ITIL
* Continuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIs
* Supporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment
* Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application
* Training ITSM process and ESM application users
* Close cooperation with other process owners
* Independent and innovative work with a high level of quality awareness in an open-minded team
Qualifications
* Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, alternatively a comparable education with experience in service management
* Good knowledge of ITSM processes
* Ideally certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks
* Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies
* "Hands-on" mentality, as well as a convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a high degree of independence
* Good knowledge of English
