Your future responsibilities
You'll join the Trade Support team that is mainly in charge of supporting Trading/Investments in their daily activity by being responsible for the post-trading related activities as well as the set-up of new clients and markets. We foresee that trade volumes will increase over the next years, new regulation making deadline even more crucial as well as an increase of complexity. We have high aspirations in the post-trade space and are working on implementing new strategic initiatives surrounding the life cycle of a trade across various asset class types - in which you will have an important role.
What you'll be doing among other things:
1. Work closely with the business units to on-board new clients into the trade flow.
2. Follow up on market updates and regulation.
3. Ensure timely matching of trades in CTM (block and allocation).
4. Communicate clearly with the front and back-office teams to ensure operational excellence.
5. Identify continuous improvements to optimize the processing of trades as required.
6. Stakeholder management.
7. Make sure changes and new procedures are documented.
8. Participate in projects as required.
The team consists of highly skilled and committed people with various backgrounds. The team is located in Copenhagen and Oeiras. For this position, you will be working from our Oeiras office (Quinta da Fonte).

Your experience and background:
17. You have at least 2/3 years' experience within a financial industry operations where you have been firstly focusing on the setup of cients and the coordination across the value chain.
18. You have acquired good market related knowledge preferably in Equities/bonds and FX.
19. Knowledge/experience in Equity/Bonds and FX trade processing (matching, mismatch handling, etc.).
20. Proficient in English skills (as we are an European asset manager).
