Growth Leader Digital Hub role at Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

Responsibilities

* Own the performance of digital countries: drive customer acquisition, transaction volume and revenue growth.
* Build and continuously improve the local offer, commercial pitch, customer journey and operational setup.
* Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for digital-first and hybrid presence models.
* Identify and develop high-leverage acquisition channels, including affiliate programmes, partnerships and outbound campaigns.
* Act as the voice of the market in shaping product and engineering priorities.
* Collaborate closely with central and local teams to ensure consistent brand and customer experience.


Qualifications

* Track record of driving commercial performance, preferably in a digital-led business or fintech
* Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and a strong sense of ownership
* Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy
* Experience with go-to-market strategy, business development and growth initiatives
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions
* Collaboration and communication abilities to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Fluency in English
