Your Role
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Project Manager to lead VSL's heavy lifting operations on international construction projects, overseeing engineering, on-site coordination, and project delivery.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Project administration, contract management, invoicing, cash collection, and variations
- Coordination with group entities involved in the project
- Engineering of heavy lifting works, including preparing and managing technical documents and drawings
- Planning and organizing resources (staff and equipment)
- On-site supervision of heavy lifting works in collaboration with local teams and stakeholders
- Monitoring ongoing works and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Managing resource demobilization and project closure after completion
Profile Sought
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar project management role
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; familiarity with CAD or Google SketchUp is a plus
- Good command of English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with leadership skills
- Willingness to travel abroad approximately 30% of the time
- Careful, well-structured, independent, reliable, and organized
