Your Responsibilities Manage day‐to‐day global Meeting & Collaboration Spaces service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requests per ITIL. Own Incident, Request, Problem and Change management processes; lead major incident response, escalations, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Maintain and update all service and process documentation (handbooks, SOPs, knowledge base) to ensure accessibility and currency. Manage operating partners and providers, monitoring contracted deliverables and conducting reviews to ensure performance and SLA/OLA compliance. Monitor and report on SLAs, OLAs and KPIs; proactively identify and address issues before they impact business operations. Track and plan service costs, define and manage allocation keys, and collaborate with the Service Owner and Finance for budgeting and regular cost reporting. Drive continual service improvement by identifying gaps, implementing efficiency and automation initiatives, and optimising processes. Ensure Meeting & Collaboration services meet security, regulatory and compliance requirements, manage service continuity risks and remediate vulnerabilities. Act as primary point of contact for service‐related issues, drive user adoption and evangelise the service while communicating status, risks and improvement plans to stakeholders. Serve as subject‐matter expert: maintain the Meeting & Collaboration services roadmap, identify technical improvements and lead projects for upgrades, migrations and identity integrations. Your Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years hands‐on experience managing Modern Meeting & Collaboration Spaces, with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Teams solutions and M365. Experience with ITIL‐based service management and operational support (Incident, Problem, Change, Request). Experience managing Global IT services and working with global service providers and vendors. Proven experience delivering complex global infrastructure projects in multinational environments. Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D or production facility environments. Strong technical knowledge of collaboration platforms, meeting room technologies and space‐management solutions, plus solid networking fundamentals. Optional: Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Teams Administrator Associate, Teams Technical Solutions Professional, ITIL Foundation. Teamwork & Independence: Works autonomously on equipment monitoring while supporting cross‐functional initiatives.
