- English and Spanish level B2/C1 (mandatory).
- Experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning.
- Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.- Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Azure Administration: OS management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup management, tags, dashboards, etc.- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): review or develop new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Windows Server Administration: installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server environments ***************).
- Active Directory and Group Policies: manage and troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Performance Optimization: monitor and optimize system performance, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
- System Administration: installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux systems.
