The trainer will deliver Swedish language lessons to individuals or small groups, ensuring lessons are tailored to the learners' goals.
Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback on language competencies.
You will be expected to adapt instructional methods to suit varied learning styles, following LINGUAGEST's standards of excellence.QualificationsProficiency in Swedish language instruction, including grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluencyAbility to create lesson plans and deliver engaging, structured contentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support student learningExperience in language assessment and providing constructive feedbackFlexibility and adaptability to work with diverse individual learning needsPrevious experience in teaching or training roles is an assetBachelor's degree in Language Studies, Education, or Certificates for teaching or in related field preferred
