We are looking for a marketing and sales professional who can help shape and execute our marketing strategy, clearly communicate our services and products, generate inbound demand, and actively support sales.

At Symplifyr, we help teams like IT, HR, Operations, and Finance work smarter by simplifying processes, automating tasks, and improving the digital employee experience with our products and services. We work with modern technologies to reduce friction and deliver real impact.

This role is essential to strengthen how we communicate what we do, attract the right customers, and support our growth as we evolve in services and product development.


Tasks

* Design and execution of our marketing strategy;
* Communicate our company, products and services clearly and consistently;
* Produce essential content for campaigns, demos, and brand visibility;
* Use and implement marketing and AI tools to improve reach and efficiency;
* Deliver simple, structured demos of our products and integrations;
* Manage and follow up on inbound leads and actively carry the sales process.


Requirements

* Marketing background with experience in digital marketing;
* Comfortable with inbound sales;
* Fluent English (spoken and written);
* Comfortable using and learning new digital and AI tools to work more effectively;
* Clear communication, ability to present and explain products clearly, even to non-technical audiences;
* Organized, autonomous, collaborative, and customer-focused;
* A positive and growth-oriented attitude, high autonomy and responsibility.
* Strong teamwork with consultants and leadership.
