We seek a highly skilled Senior R&D Technician specializing in the development of Amorphous Solid Dispersions using Spray Drying and HME technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading pharmaceutical development studies to support drug product R&D projects based on ASD technologies, ensuring that formulation development tasks are completed within defined timeframes and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop formulations using spray drying and HME technology;
* Gather comprehensive knowledge of drug substance and drug product during pharmaceutical development;
* Analyze, prepare, and communicate results to the R&D team;
* Collaborate with the research team to advance project goals.
