This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Business Innovation.
You will play a key role in designing scalable, production-ready solutions while mentoring multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced international environment.
Mandatory Requirements
+10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, Analytics, or related fields;
Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI and Data solutions in cloud environments;
Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments;
Strong background in cloud architectures, system integration, and distributed systems;
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Data Engineering, and System Design;
Strong programming skills in Python, plus experience with Spark, Java, or Scala;
Experience with RAG architectures, AI Agents, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar technologies;
Experience with AWS and/or Azure;
Solid knowledge of Data Pipelines, MLOps, LLMOps, and AI model deployment;

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of AI use cases from design to production;

Collaborate with Business Owners and AI Factory teams to maximize business value;
Mentor and support Data Scientists and Engineers;
Drive AI model industrialization and deployment alongside Engineering and MLOps teams.
