Main Responsibilities – Encarregado de Obra (General Contractor)
The Encarregado de Obra at Placer is responsible for the execution and direct management of construction works.
Key functions include:
* Analyzing and interpreting construction drawings;
* Monitoring activities to ensure quality according to specifications;
* Managing materials, team, and equipment;
* Providing solutions for project and execution discrepancies;
* Marking out construction sites;
* Organizing the construction site;
* Ensuring safety conditions on-site.
Experience and Educational Background
Ideal candidates will have:
* Knowledge of various construction specialties;
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience in construction;
* Good interpretation skills of technical drawings;
* Leadership and team management experience;
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
Compensation Package
* Permanent employment contract;
* Initial gross annual salary between €40,000 and €52,000;
* Company vehicle with fuel and toll expenses covered;
