Asset Management Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Portugal and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing monthly reports and forecasts, defining annual budgets, analyzing capital expenditure plans, and producing reports with recommendations to increase assets' value.
The ideal candidate has experience in finance and accounting, including knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI), as well as extensive experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
* Review and analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements and cash flow
* Define annual budgets and review capital expenditure plans
* Analyze and produce reports with recommendations to assist in decision-making
* Assist in the development of new properties through valuation and feasibility studies
* Market research and benchmarking
The successful candidate must be methodical, detailed, analytical, and responsible, with a strong focus on return on investment and strategic thinking. They should also be able to communicate effectively with hotel managers and build relationships to support operational and financial excellence.
