We are looking for an experienced IT support professional to join the IT team of a multinational company in the energy sector. This role will be responsible for supporting and improving assigned systems and assisting users in their daily operations.

ey Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall support of assigned system(s).
Plan and suggest improvements for assigned system(s).
Ensure documentation of systems in accordance with corporate requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third parties when needed.
Coordinate changes with Technical Leads.
Support users in utilizing systems efficiently.
Follow up and resolve tickets via IT Helpdesk system.
Report relevant updates and issues to the IT team.
Ensure compliance with IT Policy and Handbook.
Share knowledge and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (relevant experience may substitute education).
3 to 5 years of experience in IT system support.
Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple locations is a plus.
Positive service attitude and team spirit.
Analytical and structured work approach.
Strong communication skills with users at all levels.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel occasionally.
