What You'll Bring Real-world biotech sales experience or related field experience (a scientific background is a strong plus). Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build long-term relationships with researchers, distributors and industry partners. Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting products, explaining technical concepts, and adapting to different audiences. A result-driven, proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
