We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your expertise will help us achieve our goals and establish ourselves as a leader in the industry.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Working closely with our global marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Portuguese market.
* Developing and executing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Defining campaign objectives, target audiences, positioning, and success metrics.
* Managing our website and social media presence for the Portuguese market, ensuring alignment with global planning.
* Analyzing performance data and web analytics to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Our ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles within similar contexts to this one.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with social media management platforms and tools like HubSpot, Metricool, and Hootsuite.
* Knowledge of image and video creation or editing tools.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a total gross package of €29,000 - €35,000 (plus health insurance and other benefits). Our hiring process consists of several stages, including CV screening, pre-interview quiz, interviews, case study, and final chat with co-founder.
